Monday’s Local mum, Olivia Pigeot

Hi I’m Olivia! I’m a local mama in North Bondi. I’m also a NIDA Graduate (Bachelor of Dramatic Art 1997) and have been a professional actress for over 30 years, with a career in film, TV, theatre and voice over. Since becoming a mum I’ve realised the importance of including Drama into our kids education. Drama is great for so many reasons! Drama helps to nurture creativity, confidence, develop social skills, connection, collaboration and empathy (by walking in another’s shoes) – but most of all, it’s super fun! Noticing a gap in primary aged education, Bondi Kids Drama was birthed…

Recreational gymnastics, why kids love it!

Gymnastics All Stars is a new club providing classes for children aged between 2 and 12 in Ocean Street Bondi. We have both recreational classes ages 5 – 12  and kinder gym classes 2 – 5 years old. As an ex competitive gymnast who trained and taught under the former Olympic coach Andre Rizzo, I was offered a job where I taught gymnastics to every child in various schools and was thrilled  to see that every child loved the program.
