Originally from England, I moved to Australia 21 years ago this month on a social and cultural exchange program! I met my husband who is from Sydney. Worked in corporate treasury for 15+ years, currently into my second year of a career break as a SAHM. My two kids are chalk and cheese, age 6 and age 9. They keep me on my toes but are lots of fun. I love learning about the world through my children’s perspective. I have one neurodivergent child with increasing complex needs who is being partially schooled at home. I’m constantly learning new skills and growing.
Where and how long have you lived in Sydney’s east?
Since 2004. A stint in North Bondi and Coogee, 7 years in Randwick and 12yrs in Woollahra.
Three words that describe what it’s like to live in the eastern suburbs?
City ocean living!
How many children?
2 a girl age 6 and a boy age 9. Both have endless energy that I wish I could plug into! They also know how to relax and chill which I’m learning to emulate. They have completely different interests. So fascinating!

The really flexible schedule and booking system suits my lifestyle of ever changing priorities.
