Where and how long have you lived in Sydney’s east: 20 plus years in just about every suburb!

How many children: One miracle baby at 45!

Favourite Park: Centennial has it all 😉

Favourite Beach: So hard to choose, Bronte or Malabar

Favourite kid friendly cafe: Queens Park Kitchen and enclosed playground!

Favourite Coffee Spot: Rubys for the dirty chai and chilli eggs – soo yummy.

Favourite date night place: Osteria Riva for a step back to Italy.

Favourite Local Day Out Activity: So spoilt for choice but my son LOVES wild play at Centennial

Favourite Local Shop: Again spoilt for choice but the The Health Emporium has sooo much to offer.

Favourite wet weather location: Powerhouse Museum (when it’s not half under renovation)

Describe an ideal day in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for you? Some ‘me time’ with an ocean path run, family and friends BBQ at Bronte with the kids and a swim. Followed by the Clovelly Hotel Bistro for dinner – Harrison loves the slide.

What area of the east have you yet to explore much but would like to? Little Bay – I have been down to the beach once but I would like to visit it more. It’s a sweet little spot.

Work or SAHM: I’m a bit of both. I run my own business around my son’s preschool hours. The business is called Nuture Mama – a boutique home based massage clinic specialising in fertility, pregnancy and remedial massage for women. Promoting self-care and rest for all mamas.

Motherly advice : If you don’t look after your needs and self-care then it’s really hard to look after your family. Prioritise ‘me time’ as a consistent habit, not a once in a blue moon occasion.
