Our names are Fiona and Rachel and we are 2 primary school teachers from Ireland who have collectively over 25 years of teaching experience. We have set up a business called Bear in Mind which aims to empower children to self-manage their anxiety and teach them mindfulness exercises that they can use for life. At Bear in Mind we are aiming to impact the lives of children and families for the better.
