Three weeks to go!
Time is running out, artworks are set to launch in T-Minus three weeks! If you have not already started your entry for the Waverley Youth Art Prize then it is time to get making!
This year’s prizes
The Waverley Youth Art Prize is about so much more than winners. It is a chance to experience the joy of sharing your work, propose ideas about the future and to meet other like-minded artists from the region…but it sure is nice to win some prizes too!
This year, we are pleased to announce that the Waverley Youth Art Prize will be offering art packs full of goodies for all your drawing, painting, sculpting and video making needs, as well as a range of arts experiences.
The winner of the Senior Prize will be invited to attend a week of Summer School with the National Art School. Here, the winning artist will be able to chose from a range of short courses to help inspire their future endeavours. Previous winners have completed short courses in ceramics, painting, life drawing and even welding.
Inspiration for your art making.
