Randwick City Council is hosting this workshop on reducing parental anxiety and worry. Learn to boost your parenting resilience and self-regulation skills, that will benefit the entire family.
Susanne North, who is a Family Educator and certified Family Coach based in Sydney. Through her work as a Family Educator for Sydney Catholic Schools over the past ten years, Susanne brings a wealth of experience in the realm of family well-being underpinned by the Positive Psychology framework.
Babies are welcome to attend the event. Parking is available on Brook Street and surrounding area.
