Kin Fertility is shaking up Australia’s pregnancy world with its science-led and comprehensive fertility vitamin range.

From the company that brought you the #WeNeedMoreLeave campaign, Kin Fertility is empowering people with ovaries to take control of their entire pregnancy journey from conceiving to postpartum with professional consultation, products and support.  The team at Kin Fertility did the research and spoke to Australian women to understand what the real issues were surrounding nutrition during pregnancy, and this is what they found: Results showed none of the women involved (850 women) were correctly following the pregnancy nutrition guidelines, but 61% mistakenly thought they were (1).  Pregnancy-specific multivitamin use was reported by ONLY 47% of women in the first…

Online Farmers Market Brings Fresh Convenience to Bondi

We’re all committed to nurturing our families with love and, of course, along with that comes a desire to feed them with farm-fresh nutritious, delicious fruit, vegetables and proteins (but in today’s fast-moving world, ‘farm-fresh’ is hard to come by).  To source the freshest foods for her family, Sydney local Kathy Widjaja joined a local food co-op in 2011. When the head of her co-op took a 12-month sabbatical, Kathy was appointed to the role. She quickly saw an opportunity to transform it into a business that would provide all the benefits of co-op buying to a much broader group…

Monday local mum, Lindsay Batstone

I came across Minifarms and have been working with them since to open a new Bondi pod to serve delicious fresh food to the people of the East.  Where and how long have you lived in Sydney’s east? Been…

5 Ways to Inspire Little Ocean Lovers this World Ocean’s Day

With more than 85% of Australians living within 50km of the coast, if you’re raising little ones here in Oz I’ll be heading to the beach is a regular family activity. In fact, around a third of ocean mammals and corals are in danger of extinction, and more than half of all marine life may have disappeared…
