Randwick City Council is making strides towards creating a new public walkway connecting South Coogee and Lurline Bay, with the recent purchase of a $4.9 million property on Cuzco Street. Waverley Council has officially launched its ‘Stay Safe this Summer’ campaign! Featuring Waverley’s lifeguards, the campaign urges the local community and visitors to take simple steps to stay safe whilst at Bondi, Bronte and Tamarama beaches. Waverley Council has the longest patrol hours in Australia, between 6am and 7pm every day throughout summer.
