Join with the local community for the annual Bastille Day Civic ceremony at the Lapérouse Monument as we commemorate the Storming of the Bastille.
Join us for a civic ceremony on Sunday 14 July at 10:00am at the La Perouse Headland at the Lapérouse Monument featuring speeches, wreath laying and firing of canons. The canons will fire at approximately 10:30am.
Please note there will be a limited number of seats provided for invited dignitaries, with standing room only available for the public.
The La Perouse Museum opening hours will be 1pm – 4pm to open the Museum to the public after the morning’s official formalities.
