At InnerspaceYoga, we are excited to offer yoga classes that cater to everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners. We are located at the beautiful Vaucluse Amateur 12ft Sailing Club, situated at the bottom of Wharf Rd, next to Kutti Beach, Vaucluse. During the warmer months, we practice on the waterfront deck, offering stunning views of the water, and in the cooler months, we move indoors to the cosy clubhouse. Whether you’re soaking in the outdoor atmosphere or enjoying the warmth and comfort of the clubhouse, you’ll experience yoga in a truly special setting.
Meet Cara – Your Instructor
Cara has been practicing yoga for nearly 35 years and teaching for over 10 years. She is deeply passionate about sharing the joy of movement and creating an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and non-judgemental. With her extensive experience, Cara offers creative and varied sequences in a Vinyasa Flow style of yoga, allowing students to explore the many physical and mental benefits of the practice. Her sequences are designed to honour each individual’s unique yoga journey, helping you connect with your body and mind in a way that feels personal and fulfilling.

Group Classes
Our Group Yoga Classes are open to all levels of experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll find options to suit your practice. These classes offer the vibrant energy of practicing alongside other yogis and are currently held on Wednesday and Friday mornings. We’re always listening to student feedback, so expect the timetable to expand as we find the best times for our community.
Private Classes
If you’re looking for a more tailored experience, our Private Yoga Classes are the perfect solution. These sessions allow for one-on-one instruction and are customized to meet your personal goals. Whether you’re new to yoga, need help with a home practice, are rehabilitating from an injury (with medical clearance), or want to dive deeper into meditation or specific poses, Cara will guide you through a session that’s suited to your needs.
Small Group/Private Classes
Prefer a more intimate setting? Our Small Group/Private Classes are perfect for groups of up to three students, allowing friends, family, or colleagues to enjoy a personalized experience together. These sessions ensure that you receive individual attention while still benefiting from the energy of a small group.

Vinyasa Flow

Yin Yoga

What to Bring
We provide all the equipment you’ll need for your yoga practice, including mats, blocks, bolsters, and more. However, if you prefer, feel free to bring your own mat and any other props that help you feel comfortable.
