Physie is a unique style of dance that combines five different dance styles - ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and lyrical - as well as elements of gymnastics and pilates. Physie is more than just a combination of activities, it's a sport that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and coordination, while promoting positive body image and self-confidence. Each class is designed to be a fun and engaging way for children to develop their physical and mental capabilities. Physie incorporates elements of ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, hip-hop, and lyrical dance, while also incorporating gymnastics and pilates to build core strength and develop flexibility. With a message of positive body image and self-confidence, physie encourages girls to appreciate their bodies for what they can do, rather than how they look, celebrating the uniqueness of each individual and encouraging girls to be proud of who they are, no matter their size or shape.
