This August, Barangaroo Reserve transforms into a wellness hub with Barangaroo You Wellness Month—a free, four-week celebration designed to help you move, connect, and recharge by Sydney Harbour.

Running daily from Tuesday 5 August to Saturday 30 August, 12pm to 1pm, the program offers something for everyone, from high-energy workouts to mindful meditation sessions.
