The Australian Martime Museum located in Darling Harbour has some great school holiday activities this April.
As school holidays have crept up on us once again, if you’re looking for a day out the whole family will love, they’ve got you covered.
Pay us visit and dive into their brand new exhibition, Map It! A hands-on experience that will delight and entertain curious kids.
Activities include completing a quest across land, sea and space and explore the role of mapping and navigation in everyday life.
You can also come and learn about mapping and navigation through special ‘quest’ stations where you will solve puzzles to collect different layers of your own map, which will be bought to life through augmented reality.
Also on offer are creative activities with art-making, scientific experiments, explore the harbours smallest inhabitants and adventure around the whole museum. There really is something for everyone.
