What Areas Are Open Now?

As of April 2025, we’re happy to share that the entire Clifftop Walkway is officially open to the public. The final stage of construction at Eastern Reserve, Dover Heights is now complete, complementing the earlier upgrades at Diamond Bay Reserve.

So, if you’ve been waiting to get back out on the trail or you’re keen to explore it for the first time, now’s the perfect time to pack some snacks, grab your sneakers, and set out on this newly refreshed coastal adventure.

Family Tip!

This is a fantastic walk to do with kids. Pack a small picnic, bring the scooters or pram, and enjoy one of Sydney’s most beautiful walking routes. With improved facilities and safe pathways, it’s perfect for a relaxed family outing.

Want to see the upgrades for yourself? Head to the Clifftop Walkway via any of the main entries, or make a morning of it and link your walk with a trip to nearby cafés or parks in Vaucluse and Dover Heights.
