More Free Yoga classes on Sunday morning with Yoga under the Bridge!

The focus on breathing, the concentration required to find balance in certain poses, the flow of the movements – it’s all an active meditation that can help clear the mind, quieten anxieties and strengthen your body. Our resident yoga instructor, will lead you through a full program of strength, mobility and flexibility to get your body moving on a Sunday morning. Commencing Sunday 12 May there will be two classes, 8.30am-9.30am or 9.30am-10.30am. Spaces limited.  Follow us on @therocks to keep up to date with the latest information. Take time out for yourself in the City of Sydney’s new community space at 180 George Street. This free weekly class is led by an experienced yoga teacher. You’ll be guided through gentle movements and breathing techniques to build strength, flexibility, and connect with the breath. Suitable for all ages 18 years and over and levels of experience. Proudly supported by Woollahra Council. Yoga Walks bring together the multi-dimensional benefits of being in nature, walking, gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness. This is a chance to connect with nature and to yourself, in a small group of up to 10, led by experienced yoga teachers. Enjoy a guided walk integrated with standing and seated yoga poses and incorporating breath and mindfulness practices. Invite silent contemplation and reflection.
