You are invited to enjoy a 4-hour parenting workshop with Miss Amy, a Parent Coach with over 15 years experience!

Held on Sunday 19th June, 10am-2pm at Bustle Studios, Surry Hills (short walk from Central Station), this interactive workshop is designed to help parents understand children’s brain development and how that can and should greatly influence the way we run our homes.

Held in an inviting and encouraging setting, this exclusive workshop will explore how planning, routines, stability, calming and simplifying the way things are done in your home are all linked to helping kids who may be displaying big emotions, big behaviours and big-time not listening!

Whether you are struggling with the daily grind of just getting out of the door on time or after school and weekend meltdowns or maybe it is anxiety and stress around school or peers or after school activities, this workshop will use evidence-based tools to practically lower stress and anxiety in your home.

The workshop will be held in a small group (maximum of 12 participants) so you can receive personalized advice and practical support from Amy.

About Miss Amy- I have over 15 years experience working with children, teenagers and their families. I have extensive, hands on knowledge from working within the local inner-city suburbs of Sydney and have worked with schools, non-government organisations, childcare and after-school care services as well as privately with families. I am super excited to be able to offer targeted and topic specific workshops for families and hope that you can join me. Planning, routines, rhythms and structure in your home is one of the first and most important steps I talk with families about, so this is a great first step to take on changing how your home and parenting feels. This will be a small and hands on style workshop based in a beautiful location with yummy food and me there to support, inform and guide you through the process.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you and your family achieve a peaceful home!
