Woollahra Council has three parks which offer fitness equipment, providing an opportunity to exercise and get fit outdoors. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just interested in exercising socially, residents of all ages can enjoy the outdoor fitness equipment. The exercise equipment is different in each park, ranging from simple static equipment ideal for chin-ups, sit-ups and step-ups, to new dynamic equipment featuring an Aerobic Walker, Body Twist and Hand Bike. Step on up! Construction on Little Bay beach stairs now complete

Works to widen the timber staircase leading down to Little Bay Beach are now complete, finishing well ahead of schedule. Previously, Little Bay Beach could only be formally accessed via a single set of steep, narrow timber stairs. which made access difficult, particularly in summer when thousands of beach goers visit the beach daily carrying beach gear, eskies, fishing rods and scuba gear. The staircase has been widened using the existing footings with new Blackbutt timber treads and non-slip nosings in accordance with building regulations.
