On the night, you’ll be transported to the cliffside shores of the Italian Riviera, with all the sounds and tastes of Italy’s most picturesque northern towns.
Tuck into an exquisite degustation menu inspired by the flavours of LIGURIA: the lush and breathtakingly beautiful region on Italy’s Mediterranean coastline, nestled beneath France. Liguria’s coastline is speckled with luxurious seaside resort towns, stunning aqua inlets and a bustling coastal culture. Think Portofino, Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita…and their traditional cuisine of fresh seafood, handmade focaccia, and pesto Genovese.
It’s dining with the music to match: a live Jazz trio show will serenade diners all evening, featuring the talented lead vocalist Sara Mazell, and her collective of talented jazz musicians.
