We at VENLA BONDI are curious about how The Eastern Suburbs community recycles fashion. As you know, fashion waste is a MASSIVE problem in Australia! Australians are one of the highest consumers of textiles in the world, purchasing 56 items of clothing yearly per person. More than 200,000 tons of clothing and textiles end up in landfill every year and most of which are made from non-sustainable, non-durable materials.
That is why VENLA resell+relove was born, 2+ years ago, with a mission to help reduce fashion waste in our communities.
