Shine Performance Group Pty Ltd celebrates the joy of self-expression and the transformative power of the performing arts. Our carefully designed after-school, weekend and school holiday drama programs offer a safe, dynamic, and inclusive environment where students of all abilities can explore and develop their creative potential. Guided by a team of exceptional, Working With Children-certified instructors, our young performers embark on an inspiring journey—building confidence, communication skills, collaboration, and stage presence through the magic of drama.
Weekly Classes
Our weekly classes include a range of drama games, improvisation, and acted-out story time. Older students in Years 3–6 also focus on self-devised work and improvisation. Each term, students work towards a recorded end-of-term performance, giving parents the opportunity to see the skills their child has been building.
School Holiday Workshops
Our school holiday workshops run as full-day programs and do not include free trials. Each workshop changes theme, giving students the chance to collaborate, meet new peers, and explore fresh ideas in a fun and engaging way. These workshops are a fantastic opportunity for children to stay creative and connected during the school holidays.
Our Teaching Staff
Child safety is the number one priority at Shine Performance Group. Every staff member holds a valid Working With Children Check, has undergone reference checks, and the majority are also registered with the Department of Education.
All of our classes are delivered in group format, in open and visible spaces. No student is ever left alone with a teacher. Our programs are designed so that children learn collaboratively, building confidence and social skills in a supportive environment. Teachers always supervise the group as a whole, ensuring activities are inclusive, safe, and age-appropriate.
Can we watch classes?
To foster independence and confidence, we ask that parents do not sit in on classes. Students learn best when engaging directly with their peers, and parental presence can sometimes be distracting. This is why we offer a free trial, so families can feel comfortable with our program before committing.
