Bondi Toy Library opens at Waverley Library!

The DRLC Splash Park is officially open

It’s here! The DRLC Splash Park officially opened on Sunday, October 8th. The event was graced by the presence of the newly elected Randwick Council Mayor, Philipa Veitch, along with Councillors and esteemed guests. The opening ceremony commenced with a speech from the Mayor, followed by the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. Free venue hire trial in Randwick for community groups

From 1 July 2023 Randwick City Council will undertake a trial to waive fees for the use of nominated community centres and halls for eligible local community groups. The trial period will conclude at the end of the 2023-24 financial year, or when the total fees waived reaches $25,000 (whichever occurs first). This trial is to assist community groups to hire Council’s community spaces for events, meetings and community gatherings.
