Sydney’s “funnest” tour operator, Local Sauce Tours, has launched a new family-friendly ice cream and street art tour of Newtown Long known for its colourful street art, in recent years, Newtown has become a mecca for ice cream lovers. Along King Street and Enmore Rd, there are a range of small, locally-owned ice cream stores that have popped up over the last few years, specialising in everything from traditional Italian gelato to stretchy Turkish “dondurma”.
