Brighter Nights and Better Facilities at Heffron Park

Sporting clubs at Heffron Park in Maroubra are now enjoying improved training and game-time conditions thanks to the installation of brand-new LED lighting. Randwick City Council recently replaced the aging halogen lights on the fields at the corner of Bunnerong and Jersey Roads with modern LED lights that meet Australian standards for rugby league. The new system delivers 200 lux of brightness—almost triple the output of the previous halogen lights, which only produced around 70 lux.
