There’s something pretty special about sitting around a fire by the ocean — and this October, Bondi Firelight is returning to South Bondi Beach for a free evening of bonfires, live seaside vibes and spectacular fire dancing.
Bring a picnic rug, round up the family and friends and settle in on the sand as the sun goes down and the fires are lit.

Bondi Firelight offers families the chance to experience Bondi Beach a little differently.
Gather around the crackling bonfires, listen to relaxed seaside tunes and enjoy the sound of the waves as evening settles over the beach.
Bring along a picnic rug, some snacks and the family and find a spot on the sand for a relaxed evening outdoors.
Feeling musical? You’re also welcome to bring your own instrument and add to the atmosphere.
Fire Dancers Take Centre Stage
As the evening continues, things will heat up with a performance from the Luxe Entertainment Fire Dancers.
Expect an impressive display of fire, movement and performance against the backdrop of Bondi Beach after dark.
It’s a great chance for kids to experience something a little different — and the combination of bonfires, ocean views and fire performers should make for a memorable night out.

With Bondi Firelight starting at 6pm, why not head to Bondi a little earlier?
Grab some takeaway or pack a picnic, enjoy an early evening on the beach and then settle in for Firelight as the sun goes down.
