Just ten minutes up the road is Saddles Mount White – a culinary hotspot that has been delighting guests from all over Australia since 2018. In its tranquil 28-acre bush setting, their head chef employs a paddock to plate philosophy, curating a bold yet approachable menu with a focus on local, seasonal produce and stellar specialties. From Saddles, head into the lush forests of Holgate, where one of Australia’s most unique wineries awaits. It’s a real sensory indulgence, and the perfect way to spend a golden afternoon.
