We are Tammy and Daniel. We believe that healing doesn’t require perfection, only a willingness to begin.
The Japanese art of Kintsugi repairs broken pottery by mending the pieces with gold, highlighting the broken parts – built on the premise that by embracing flaws and imperfections, we create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art. We believe that in the process of repairing ourselves, we create a strengthened, more beautiful and resilient self.
Through an integrative psychotherapeutic process, we explore with young people and adults, their lived experience and the impact of their distress. We seek to reveal the origin of their suffering and create a space that is free from judgment, expectation and invites opportunity for healing.
