Helping your child learn to ride a bike can be one of those unforgettable moments — and these free Balance Bike sessions at Sydney Park Cycling Centre make it easy, fun, and safe. Designed for kids aged 3 to 8, these hands-on sessions focus on the fundamentals of riding: balance, coordination, and confidence — all without the need for pedals.

Led by the friendly team from Bikewise, with support from participating caregivers, these interactive sessions use a proven approach called “scaffolding” — breaking a big skill into manageable, bite-sized steps. Whether your child is just starting out or building on what they’ve already learned, this is a great way to get them rolling.
