Up until this Sunday 7 May, visitors can experience three unique and multisensory wellness therapies on offer – fractal therapy, chromotherapy and sound therapy – for free at the QVB, Galeries and Strand Arcade. All therapies have been created in partnership with sensory experts and positive psychologist, Dr. Tim Sharp (aka Dr. Happy).
Customers can gaze upon a soothing kaleidoscopic light show, immerse themselves in colour therapy inspirations, and experience the relaxing and energising benefits of sound therapy – transforming your in-store shopping visit into a holistic wellness experience.
