Margot Natoli, Precinct Activation Producer “This thoughtfully curated month-long precinct activation was designed with the very Heart of Surry Hills in mind. Appreciating the challenges that businesses are experiencing as we emerge and recover, we wanted to facilitate a stress-free venue inclusion by asking businesses to do what they do best and to celebrate and amplify that message. Celebrating our chefs, sommeliers, cocktail creators, hospitality personnel and our local beverage producers in our venues, and in our beautiful parklands supported by art and music.
