SciFest 2024 is part of National Science Week and offers a fusion of science and art that will spark your curiosity. The festival brings science to life – throwing open laboratory doors and transporting science into the everyday. Head back to science class with interactive activities, games, live stage shows and talks that showcase the wonders of science, technology, engineering, maths, medicine, and the arts.

Designed to appeal to all ages, from curious kids to inquisitive adults, the festival features an array of activities that will spark imagination and curiosity, including:

Creative Clash: Human vs. Machine: An engaging session that explores how creativity differs between humans and artificial intelligence.

Stargazing and Planetarium: Look up and explore the stars or take a virtual trip across the universe in the immersive planetarium.

Chem Class in a Glass: Learn the science behind mixing the perfect cocktail in this unique workshop (note: this part of the event is for attendees aged 18+ and is ticketed. You can grab your tickets here.
