Welcome to ‘the Sit,

You are invited to join every Saturday at 6.30am to Sit, Breath and Connect.

The facilitators of’the sit provide an enriching start to your weekend by facilitating a very easy to follow 20 minute meditation session.

Perfect for beginners of first-timers – but also welcoming experienced meditators as we share the group wisdom and space together.

Come and enjoy this opportunity to connect with self, with each other and to nature.

A very practical and accessible approach to connection and taking some time to turn off the autopilot and the challenges of day-to-day life, and instead experience the magic of the present moment.

Before the Session

There will be a complete run-through of the meditation practice for the day and introduce the theme of the week.

Themes include: Sharing, Gratitude, Earth Care and Kindness.

Bring with you whatever you need to feel comfortable based upon the weather. We are there rain, hail or shine.

After the session

We ofter enjoy coffee, a swim and just taking some time to connect after the session…. so bring the bathers, towel and a keep cup!
