SYDNEY SEAFOOD LEGEND STEPHEN HODGES TO SHUCK FREE OYSTERS

Quay Quarter Lanes Markets will launch on Wednesday November 9 at Customs  House Square, Sydney, with an oyster giveaway for shoppers from 12pm.  The free oysters will be hand shucked on site by Sydney seafood legend  Stephen Hodges, of Fishface fame, and given to shoppers, until stocks run  out.   The giveaway coincides with the first day of this produce market that will be held  on the second Wednesday of each month at Customs House Square on Alfred  Street in Sydney.  The Quay Quarter Lanes Market will feature the very best producers, providores,  farmers, bakers and makers from across Sydney…

A new gourmet produce market will bring farm-fresh food to the Sydney CBD when Quay Quarter Lanes Markets launches on Wednesday November 9, 2022. The 40-stall market will connect Sydney’s best producers, farmers, bakers, makers, cooks, picklers, roasters, growers and gourmet retailers with city workers and urban dwellers once a month in an activation that will bring the laneways of Quay Quarter, on Loftus Lane, to life.
