Exhibition: Lunch for the Trades

‘Lunch for the Trades,’ is a sculptural feast by Ruth Downes in which an array of mixed-media ‘lunches’ employ the specific materials and tools of a particular trade. This cafeteria-style spread celebrates the often neglected work of the trades while playing with the language of modern cuisine.
