Teaching Learner Drivers Workshop Each year the Randwick City Council is providing two free workshops for parents and supervisors of learner drivers. The workshops offer tips and tricks on how you can guide L-plate drivers to be safe drivers. Workshops are delivered on-line and you must register to attend to recieve the link. Did you know? In 2012, 33% of drivers involved in a speed-related crash in the Randwick City area were aged between 17 and 25.
