These are the Spring School holiday programs we’re offering below:
- First Nations Flower Power – 2 – 9 October, 10am – 11:30am
Spark your curiosity of First Nation’s culture by creating with spring flowers to connect and understand the language of nature.
- Rainforest in a Jar – 1, 8 October, 10am – 11:30am
Get up and close with some of the Botanic Garden of Sydney’s richest rainforest plants and learn what they need to grow and thrive so you can take your own mini rainforest home.
- Great Chocolate Mystery outdoor theatre – 2 October, 11am – 12pm
Where does chocolate come from? Find out from where in a hilarious immersive theatre experience with a beautiful Harbour backdrop.
- Ghostly Garden Tour for Kids 4 October, 7pm – 8:30pm
Come on a journey along shadowy tree-lined paths, creep past gloomy ponds and tiptoe through eerie grottos in Australia’s oldest Botanic Garden to get prepared for Halloween.
Sunset Spotlight Tours 2 & 9 October, 6pm – 7:30pm
Wander the garden pathways and visit biodiversity ‘hotspots’ such as the ponds to look for nocturnal animals – some who fly in for the night, others who are long-term residents.

Explore a vibrant tapestry of life! Step inside this immersive, sensory exhibition featuring spectacular rare and unusual tropical and subtropical rainforest plants.
