I’m Italian and came to Bondi Beach on holiday 25 years ago, and I always say I’m still on holiday—I never left! The energy, beautiful beaches, and sense of community here completely stole my heart. My partner is also Italian, and together we’re raising two lively, adventurous kids who fill our lives with joy.
Alongside being a full-time mom, I’ve discovered a passion for the Airbnb business, through www.HolidayRento.com I manage several properties in Bondi Beach that cater to single/couple travellers, family visits, relocations, and holidays. Latest addition is Capri Beach House, a holiday Villa in Shoal Bay, NSW. It is our family’s getaway and a retreat for guests to enjoy. Balancing family and business keep me busy, but I love it!
Three words that describe what it’s like to live in the eastern suburbs?
“The Bondi Bubble.” When you’re in the bubble, you rarely want to leave it.
How many children?
I have two amazing kids who fill my life with excitement and joy.
Favourite Park?
Centennial Park is my favorite place to spend time outdoors. It’s perfect for biking, walking, and letting the kids play in a beautiful, open space.
Favourite Beach?
Bondi Beach, without a doubt! It’s more than a beach—it’s a lifestyle full of sun, surf, and family fun.
Favourite kids-friendly cafe?
Shuk Cafe is our top choice. The welcoming atmosphere and delicious food are great for both kids and adults.
Favourite Coffee Spot?
Gertrude & Alice is my go-to for an excellent coffee in a cozy, inviting setting.
Favourite date night place?
Icebergs Dining! Sipping aperitivo with views of Bondi Beach is unbeatable.
Where in the east have you yet to explore and would like to go?
Christison Park and the Inner South Head walk are at the top of my list for their breathtaking views and beautiful scenery.
What would you like to see improve in the eastern suburbs?
Fewer parking restrictions would be a huge help—it can be a real challenge for both residents and visitors.
Favourite Local Shop?
Fashion Forward is my go-to. I love supporting small businesses in the community.
Favourite wet weather location?
Westfield shopping centre—a movie, some chocolate, and shopping. You can’t go wrong!
Favourite Local family Weekend Activity?
Surfing and beach tennis are our family’s top weekend activities. It’s the best way to enjoy quality time outdoors together.
Work or SAHM?
I’m a Stay-at-Home Mum (SAHM) and also work full-time (WFTJ). Balancing both is challenging, but I’m grateful to be there for my kids while also pursuing my career.
Motherly advice?
NEVER GIVE UP YOUR DREAMS. Life brings challenges, but it’s important to keep chasing your aspirations and to inspire my children to do the same.
