Margaret Mossakowska is a sustainability expert with a passion for traditional food skills. Growing up in the Polish countryside, she learned the art of food preservation firsthand, making everything from scratch with her family. Now based in Australia, Margaret shares her knowledge through workshops, inspiring others to embrace sustainable living.
