Where and how long have you lived in Sydney’s east:
I have lived in Sydney east my whole life and absolutely love it and would never want to move. I currently live in Bellevue Hill
How many children:
I have one son, his name is Jesse and he is almost 3
Favourite Park: I have 3…
Bangor Park in Randwick is great for little adventures like my son but safe and enclosed which is one less headache
EQ playground is great from when he was crawling to now still, super convenient to get to and park.
Lyne Park in Rose Bay is excellent for when he wants to go to the park or playground, he can use his bike or scooter also.
Favourite Beach:
It’s not so easy to get to but we love parsley bay because it’s not only a beach but also somewhere for him to play. Otherwise, we love North Bondi
Favourite kid friendly cafe:
It’s not a café but a secret gem, it’s the The Field, my son runs around in the field and playground while we relax, we go there in the afternoons so we
can then give him dinner before heading home.
Favourite Coffee Spot:
Centennial Café next to the playground
Favourite date night place:
We found I Maccheroni only last week and we feel in love with it. Handmade pasta and yummy wine selections
Favourite Local Day Out Activity:
In summer it’s the beach, in winter it’s going to The Field
Favourite Local Shop:
Love Stories and so sad it is closing down
Favourite wet weather location:
To be honest it’s Westfield my son can sit in those cars for ages.
Describe an ideal day in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for you?
It’s in December when everyone is on school holidays and it’s more quiet. I go to the beach and then we have a picnic. Then we head home for our midday
rest and then back down to the beach. Love how easy access it is to our amazing beaches.
What area of the east have you yet to explore much but would like to?
Maroubra way, I have live north east recently and walked along the walk when lock downs happened and found that Maroubra walk is beautiful and the area
is cool.
Work or SAHM:
I am a founder of a baby and toddler food business called Little Bitesize. But I make sure I have
a balance and spend solo time with my son.
