Library Treasure Hunt – A Month-Long Family Activity

Looking for a fun and free way to keep the kids busy this August? The Library Treasure Hunt is a great chance to explore, learn and spend time together as a family.

The treasure hunt runs from Friday 1 August to Sunday 31 August across all 9 City of Sydney Library branches. Families can collect stamps, uncover surprises and see what each library has to offer.

How It Works

  1. Register at any staffed library branch and pick up your treasure hunt map.

  2. Visit all 9 library branches during the month. At each one, a staff member will stamp your map.

  3. Once you have all 9 stamps, show your completed map to a library team member for your chance to win a Book Week title.
