CAMBRIDGE MARKETS RETURNS TO WATSON’S BAY ON SUNDAY 5th FEBRUARY 2023

Sydney’s favourite waterside market is back, with the Watsons Bay Summer Market heading to Robertson Park on Sunday 5th February from 10am-4pm.

The 120-stall market, held on the Watsons Bay foreshore at the ferry stop, will bring together the best Sydney micro retailers and chefs in one spot for a great day of summer shopping and dining.

The market, now in its 7th year, is one of the biggest market events on Sydney’s annual calendar, with more than 10,000+ people expected to attend across the day.

Cambridge Markets director Rebecca Fox said the market group was excited to be bringing the event to this picturesque location for another year, with an even better selection of stallholders than previous years.

“The Watsons Bay market is always a favourite event for Cambridge Markets each year and the summer market is a great day out,” Fox said. “We love bringing this unique mix of retailer, chefs, producers, artists, craftspeople, importers, and traders to Watsons Bay.

“We work very hard to create an interesting blend of stalls so there is literally something for everyone at the market.

“It is also a fabulous place to get together and sit and have something to eat and drink by the sea. The February date is a great timeframe for people who haven’t seen each other since last year to reconnect, catch up and have a great time in a beautiful outdoor setting.  Bring a picnic blanket and your swimmers and enjoy a day out by the water at Watsons Bay.

Stallholders attending the event include:

Azteca — non-alcoholic take home marg mixes, custom salts, chips and salsa Pacifico Optical — hand-crafted sustainable eyewear

“Markets are always a fantastic community event,” Fox said. “It’s an opportunity for shop pers to get outside and shop and socialise in a wonderful alfresco setting. And the Wat sons Bay setting is one of the most beautiful spots in all of Sydney. You can even go for a dip after you’ve been to the market and catch the ferry home for a true Sydney experience.”
