How It Works
-
No bookings – it’s first come, first served.
-
On arrival, a volunteer will help you fill in a quick form about your item.
-
You’ll receive a time slot for your repair.
-
You can wait or return later, and we’ll notify you when it’s your turn.
-
If we can’t fix your item, we’ll offer helpful advice on next steps.
What Can’t be Accepted
-
Large or heavy items like white goods.
-
Anything that can’t be carried by one person.
-
Items left behind or donated—we kindly ask you to take all items home, repaired or not.
A free Tag and Test service is also provided for all electrical items repaired on the day—or anything else you bring from home.
Note: While we aim to fix as much as possible, not all items can be repaired. Bring yours in for a free assessment!
