The highly anticipated Double Bay Christmas Festival returns on Saturday, November 30, transforming Double Bay foreshore at Steyne Park into a festive wonderland! This family-friendly celebration brings a perfect mix of holiday shopping, entertainment, and seasonal cheer to the Eastern Suburbs, welcoming visitors from across Sydney to experience the magic of Christmas.
From 11am to 8pm, the Double Bay Christmas Festival will offer a full day of holiday fun for all ages. Stroll through the charming market stalls featuring unique gifts, delicious treats, and local holiday treasures.
Festival Highlights Include:
- Christmas Shopping Extravaganza: Explore over 100 specialty stalls offering handcrafted gifts, seasonal decorations, and exclusive holiday products. From locally made crafts to one-of-a-kind treasures, visitors will find gifts for everyone on their Christmas list.
- Non-Stop Entertainment: Enjoy a lineup of live music and roving performers bringing joy to the park. Look out for special appearances by talented local artists, creating a lively atmosphere filled with holiday tunes and festive performances that everyone can enjoy.
- Stage Performances: Bring a picnic rug and set up in front of our stage which will showcase one of the best Christmas line-ups including Hugh Sheridan, Paulini and Chris Sebastian. This world-class lineup of talent will be supported on stage by an All-Star Carols Band comprising of some of our country’s finest musicians. In addition to the big names the festival will feature many local performers from Kambala School.This fabulous free music event will start at 6.30pm on main stage where the artists will deliver a highly entertaining family concert full of sing-along favourites and danceable delights. The show will finish with a bang with fireworks taking over the sky.
- Holiday Food Delights: Treat yourself to a range of holiday-inspired food from gourmet food trucks and local vendors, with choices to satisfy every craving.
