New theatrical show for kids set to debut at the State Library of NSW

South Maroubra Ocean Swim

Stretch out the season with the annual South Maroubra Ocean Swim. South Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club hosts one of the final Sydney swims of the season, with all entry fees contributing to the purchase of vital lifesaving equipment required by their volunteer lifesavers. This year’s event features three race courses, 500m, 1km and 2.5 km. Each course will commence and end at the south end of the beach. Anzac Day, Coogee Dawn Service 2024

Anzac Day is a National day of remembrance and commemoration. Commemorative services are held each year at dawn, the time of the original Gallipoli landing. The Coogee Anzac Day Dawn Service is produced in collaboration with the Coogee Randwick Clovelly RSL sub-branch and will be held at 5.30am on Thursday 25 April at Goldstein Reserve, Coogee. There are no tickets required, with 3,000 seats available on a first-come, first-served basis and plenty of standing room available.
