Bastille Day Civic Ceremony 2024

Join with the local community for the annual Bastille Day Civic ceremony at the Lapérouse Monument as we commemorate the Storming of the Bastille. Join us for a civic ceremony on Sunday 14 July at 10:00am at the La Perouse Headland at the Lapérouse Monument featuring speeches, wreath laying and firing of canons. The canons will fire at approximately 10:30am. Please note there will be a limited number of seats provided for invited dignitaries, with standing room only available for the public.
