Little Bay’s Woomera Reserve, in Sydney’s east, is set for a transformation this year, starting with the construction of the suburb’s first outdoor gym! Randwick City Council began laying the foundations for the new gym at the much-loved community reserve last week. A range of training equipment for various abilities will be installed over the next few months, including a chest press, leg press, body twist, aerobic cycle, sit-up bench, monkey bars, balance beam and elliptical trainer.
