We are passionate about helping children and teens move, play, and grow. Based in Maroubra, we offer individualised and group-based occupational therapy services for children and young people aged 3 to 18, supporting them in building essential life skills and thriving in everyday activities.
Our clinic, led by a male Occupational Therapist, focuses on family-centred, play-based therapy. We work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to achieve meaningful goals.
We support children in developing skills in:
Sensory Processing – Helping kids regulate and respond to sensory input so they can feel calm, focused, and ready to engage.
Fine Motor Skills – Building hand strength, coordination, and dexterity to support handwriting, cutting, dressing, and other daily tasks.
Gross Motor Skills – Enhancing balance, core strength, coordination, and motor planning for confidence in movement and play.
Emotional Regulation – Developing tools to manage big feelings, anxiety, and frustration, and supporting self-regulation.
Social Skills – Encouraging connection with peers, turn-taking, and building friendships through structured and unstructured play.
School Readiness & Learning Support – Preparing children for the classroom by targeting attention, following instructions, and building independence.
We understand that families are busy, so Saturday appointments are available for those who can't make it during the week.
