Looking for a fun and memorable Easter activity for the kids these school holidays? Alice in Easterland is bringing a whimsical theatrical experience to The WILD PLAY Discovery Centre in Centennial Park on Sunday 5 April 2026 – and it’s set to be a magical day out for Eastern Suburbs families.

Presented by the Eaton Gorge Theatre Company on behalf of Greater Sydney Parklands, this charming production adds an Easter twist to the classic tale of Alice in Wonderland. It’s the perfect mix of theatre, creativity and festive fun for children aged 4 and up.

What to Expect

Your little ones will join Alice on a delightful adventure as she helps the Mad Hatter search for his missing Easter bonnet — all while navigating the antics of the Queen of Hearts. Expect colourful characters, lively storytelling and plenty of giggles along the way.

But the fun doesn’t stop when the curtain falls.

After the performance, children can take part in a bonnet decoration workshop, followed by a joyful Easter Bonnet Parade where they can proudly showcase their creations.

Don’t forget to bring your Easter bonnets from home — or come ready to decorate one on the day. Dress-ups are highly encouraged, so feel free to lean into the Wonderland magic.
