Calling all animal lovers and bookworms!
On Thursday 25 September, Waverley Children’s Library is rolling out the red carpet for some of the greatest animal stars in storyland. From superhero cats who save the day, to clever dogs who crack mysteries, to warrior cats, cheeky ponies, and feathered friends who flap, gallop, and pounce their way through our favourite tales — this is a celebration of the creatures who make books truly magical.
For one hour only, from 4pm – 5pm, kids can step into a world where animals are the heroes. Expect:
