SUPA DUPA KIDS PARTIES is looking for an organised, reliable and detail-loving Storage Unit Manager to help keep our costumes, wigs, party kits and equipment clean, stocked and party-ready each week.
This is a behind-the-scenes operations role supporting our entertainers across Sydney. You’ll be responsible for washing costumes, organising equipment, monitoring stock levels and maintaining a tidy, easy-to-navigate storage system for weekend events.
Approximately 8 flexible hours across the week, including:
- Monday afternoons for costume collection and washing
- Thursday afternoons to prep and organise for the weekend ahead
- Looking for someone to start w/c 25th May 2026
The role is flexible in how hours are managed, however all costumes and entertainer kits must be fully organised by Thursday evening each week.
Location
- Zetland, Sydney
- Storage unit accessible daily between 6am – 9pm
- Postage room accessible weekdays between 9am – 5:30pm
Responsibilities
- Collecting and washing costumes
- Spraying and hang-drying delicate costume pieces
- Brushing, styling and rehanging wigs
- Charging equipment and restocking kits
- Organising additional event materials
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting low supplies
- Collecting deliveries and postage items
- Reporting costume repairs or replacement needs
- Keeping the storage unit clean and organised
- Creating an easy pickup system for entertainers
About You
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable and proactive
- Takes pride in presentation and cleanliness
- Able to lift storage tubs and equipment
- Driver’s licence and access to a car highly preferred
Pay
$38 per hour
