What is Kindfulness?
This soothing, one-hour session invites parents and caregivers to slow down and connect with their little ones through:

- Simple meditation and mindfulness practices
- Positive affirmations
- Gentle play and interaction
It’s designed to support early emotional development while also giving parents a chance to pause, breathe and be present.
